Below is the policy for items that are directly sold by TheCraftFountain:

RETURN POLICY

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.

All returns must be authorized by TheCraftFountain so the first step for you to do is to contact us in order to initiate a return. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number and a completed RMA form that you MUST include in your return in order to receive a credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be either defective or significantly different than what was described.

SHIPPING COST

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. TheCraftFountain is not responsible for any damages that occur during return shipping. Shipping charges at check out are non-refundable.

DAMAGED CAUSED BY SHIPPING

Notify us of any damage caused by shipping within 2 days so we may report it to shipper immediately. Failure to do this be may disqualify you for refund.

REFUND POLICY

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 5-10 days, depending on your credit card issuer’s policies.
